Summer 2026 - Bethesda MD - 4th Trimester

This Circle meets weekly on Mondays for 6 weeks, and is best for moms 0-3 months postpartum. Each week will feature a local specialist on topics including sleep and feeding, maternal mental health, postpartum movement and pelvic floor repair, and pediatric milestones.
